🩺 Registered Nurse (RN) – Charlottesville & Surrounding Area

Job Summary:
Serene Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality client assessments in home settings, collaborating with our care team, monitoring client conditions, and ensuring the best outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Complete in-home client assessments and care planning

• Monitor and evaluate client health conditions

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and the Serene Solutions team

• Provide education and support to clients and families

• Ensure patient-centered, high-quality care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Virginia

• Strong clinical skills and effective communication abilities

• Prior home health experience preferred

Personal Care Aide (PCA) Openings

1. PCA – Male Client

• Schedule: 3p–9p | 3–4 days per week | Near Downtown Charlottesville

2. PCA – Male Client

• Schedule: 10a–7p | Saturdays & Sundays only | Near Downtown Charlottesville

3. PCA – Male Client

• Schedule: 10a–7p | 3–4 weekdays | Near Downtown Charlottesville

4. PCA – Male Client

• Schedule: 9a–5p | Monday–Friday | Near Downtown Charlottesville

5. PCA – Female Client

• Schedule: 9a–5p | Monday–Friday | Charlottesville

6. PCA – Female Client

• Schedule: 9a–5p | Weekends only | Charlottesville

7. PCA – Female Client

• Schedule: 10a–2p | 1 day per week | Arvonia, VA

8. PRN PCA (Flexible On-Call)

• Schedule: Every Sunday | 6a–6p | Charlottesville

• Expectations:

  • Be available for schedule adjustments & call-outs

  • Must accept at least 75% of offered shifts

    • Example: If called 10 times in a month → must accept at least 8 shifts

  • $40 bonus for every PRN shift picked up due to call-outs/short staffing

🛡 PCA Job Duties (All Positions)

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Meal preparation and feeding support (if needed)

• Medication reminders (non-clinical)

• Companionship and emotional support

• Maintain client safety while promoting independence
